I am passionate about helping people to discover creative solutions and provide an environment where you are accepted. As a therapist with over 20 years' experience, I have worked with adults, couples, families, teens and young children. I am able to interweave various therapies into straightforward strategies that give you the specific tools you need to help cope and become the person you were meant to be. I understand complicated systems and what it takes to develop and maintain healthy relationships. In a world that is increasingly more fragmented, you need an outside source to shine light into situations that are often confusing and dark and someone you trust to serve as a guide.

DBT

Dialectical behavioral therapy creates better emotional regulation skills. It includes crisis skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, dealing with shadow behaviors/self-injury, suicidality and developing deeper intuition or wise mind.

CBT

Cognitive behavioral therapy addresses ways of thinking and beliefs system that are causing problems with self and others. 

EMDR

Reprocessing therapy to help deal with ingrained behaviors, addictions, trauma, grief and anxiety. It also helps "reprogram" and enhance self identity and activates individual strengths and performance.

A system of therapy that incorporates daily practices to enhance mood, better manage stress and even enhance your immune system.
