DBT
Dialectical behavioral therapy creates better emotional regulation skills. It includes crisis skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, dealing with shadow behaviors/self-injury, suicidality and developing deeper intuition or wise mind.
Cognitive behavioral therapy addresses ways of thinking and beliefs system that are causing problems with self and others.
EMDR
Reprocessing therapy to help deal with ingrained behaviors, addictions, trauma, grief and anxiety. It also helps "reprogram" and enhance self identity and activates individual strengths and performance.
